Short Bio

Michelle Weck is a research assistant at the chair of Organization, Human Resources, and Management Studies at the JGU Mainz.

From 2019 to 2022, she did her Ph.D. at the University of Groningen. Her research focuses on Behavioral Corporate Governance.

Before joining JGU Mainz, she did a Research Master in Business and Economics at the University of Groningen (2017-2019). She holds a Research Master in Business and Economics with a focus on Strategy and Organizational Behavior, an M.Sc. in Management from Bocconi University (2015-2017) and a B.A. in International Business from Cologne Business School (2011-2014).
