Short Bio:
Johanna is an external Ph.D. candidate at the Chair of Organization, Human Resources, and Management Studies at the JGU Mainz as well as an ESG Strategist at Sandoz.
Prior to joining JGU Mainz, she worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on Risk and Resilience Management. In terms of academia, Johanna holds a M.Sc. degree in Strategic Corporate Finance from Maastricht University.
