Short Bio:
Sophia is pursuing her Ph.D. as an external candidate at the Chair of Organization, Human Resources, and Management Studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (JGU Mainz), while simultaneously working in sustainability assurance and advisory at PwC.
Academically, Sophia holds a M.Sc. degree in Management (2023) as well as a B.Sc. degree in Management and Economics (2020), both from JGU Mainz.
