Short Bio

Sebastian is an external Ph.D. candidate at the Chair of Organization, Human Resources, and Management Studies at JGU Mainz.

Prior to joining JGU Mainz, he worked as a Management Consultant at Kearney, focusing on Strategic Operations. In terms of academia, Sebastian holds a M.Sc. and B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from TU Darmstadt. Furthermore, he holds a M.Sc. degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from TU Darmstadt.
