Short Bio
Miriam Heinzl is a Ph.D. student at the Chair of Organization, Human Resources, and Management Studies at JGU Mainz.
From 2016 to 2022, she studied at Philipps-Universität Marburg and holds a M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Psychology.
After her studies, she worked for three years as a consultant in human resources, specializing in recruitment and development of personnel in the energy sector.
