Lecture & Case StudiesThis course aims to provide insights into the fundamental determinants of organizational behavior. On the basis of conceptual and empirical findings, relevant influencing factors at individual, group and organizational level will be developed and interactions between these levels will be shown. The participants will get to know organizational behavior as a complex phenomenon and critically deal with the question of how organizations can influence the behavior of their employees. The participants are expected to work in groups and present practical case studies that serve to deepen and reflect on the lecture content.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The registration for this module is binding and goes hand in hand with the registration for the case study and the final module examination. Deregistration from the module is only possible up to the day before the second lecture event. If you have not canceled the module by this date, your registration for the module examination is valid. Participants are expected to work in groups and present practical case studies that serve to deepen and reflect on the lecture content.
