class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Before joining JGU Mainz, she was Full Professor of Organization and Management Studies at the University of Groningen (2017-2021), Assistant\/Associate Professor (20011-2017) at the University of G\u00f6ttingen, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Copenhagen Business School (2011). She holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management (Dipl.
